About the Project

Bethany Development

The redeveloped buildings will reflect the diverse new ways in which people are working and doing business. This means being mixed-use in nature and responsive to the demand for a mix of front and back-office space. The plan offers businesses alternatives and options that are both flexible and efficient.

The current church and administrative building was built almost 70 years ago. This redevelopment recycles and reuses the site in a more efficient and sustainable manner that reduces impacts and improves services to the local business community in Scotts Valley.

Over the past several years, the team has had the opportunity to work closely with a number of local businesses and community members and listened to their needs. This project is a reflection of those needs with an innovative, creative, and visually attractive design. The project has been through a number of iterations in its design and has responded to the community in its layout and architectural appeal. The team is committed to working with its neighbors and community to bring forth the most desirable design and efficient use possible.

Sitting at the entrance to Scotts Valley, the redevelopment will bring an approachable design that's both traditional and at the same time green, sustainable, and innovative.

The team consists of local professionals and investors that created the design and use over years of discussion with hundreds of local businesses and individuals. The result is an office project with very realistic uses that reflects today's demands and needs. This is being done while maintaining the existing use of the building for office use with ancillary storage. This also encompasses enhancing the amenities and the visual aspects of the project, while adding additional non-impact uses that facilitate and serve local businesses.

 Existing Building

There is already incredible excitment from many local businesses in the designed concept, including many existing tenants, and other longtime members of the community.

We hope you like what we have coming to your neighborhood and look forward to hearing from you.
